Dental Front Office Coordinator (On-Site) — Thornton, CO

Be the warm welcome every patient remembers. Elite Dental Group – Thornton is hiring a detail-driven Front Office Coordinator to lead reception and scheduling, coordinate insurance and payments, and partner with our clinical team to deliver a 5-star patient experience.

What you’ll do

Greet patients and manage check-in/out, phones, and inboxes
Verify insurance, discuss benefits, and handle billing & payments
Coordinate and optimize schedules; send reminders and follow-ups
Keep the front desk organized, stocked, and survey-ready
Maintain accurate patient records/forms in practice software (e.g., Open Dental)
Run daily/monthly production & collections reports; support office communications

What you bring

Experience: 2-3 years Dental Front Office Coordinator required; lead/supervisory experience is a plus.
Skills: Clear communication, service mindset, and calm under pressure
Tech: Practice management systems (Open Dental preferred) + Microsoft Office
Knowledge: Dental terminology and insurance billing basics
Professionalism: Confidentiality, accuracy, and a friendly, welcoming demeanor

Schedule & Pay

Status: Part-time, on-site at Elite Dental Group – Thornton, CO
Compensation: $20–$25/hour (DOE)
